No. 86 has a private parking area to the rear of the property accessed from Carmine Close and there is plenty of on-street parking in the street itself.
A small front garden leads to the front door, through the enclosed porch and into the parquet floored hallway.
Off the hallway lies the comfortable, carpeted sitting room and the dining room with oak laminated floor. There are two comfortable leather sofas, a three seater and a two seater, and a single sofabed for an extra guest. An LG digital Smart TV with Sky TV on demand and a DVD player offer evening viewing options. The pine dining table seats 6 - 8. There is a high chair stored in the hall cupboard for toddler use.
